The YalaCoder Affiliate Program allows approved participants ('Affiliates') to earn commissions by referring customers to YalaCoder products and services. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Anyone may apply to join the program. YalaCoder reserves the right to approve or reject any application and to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not eligible for commission.
YalaCoder offers two referral tiers. Community Affiliates earn a 25% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link. KOL Partners may earn up to 30% commission, subject to individual partnership agreement. Qualifying sales include all digital products and freelance packages. Donations and tips are excluded. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after any applicable refunds or chargebacks. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
Payouts are made every 2 weeks in USDC (a USD-pegged stablecoin). To receive payouts, affiliates must provide a valid wallet address that can receive USDC. YalaCoder reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review or if a chargeback/refund period has not yet elapsed.
Affiliates may promote YalaCoder products through their personal websites, social media accounts, email newsletters, and other legitimate marketing channels. Affiliates must NOT: (a) use spam or unsolicited messaging, (b) bid on YalaCoder brand terms in paid search advertising, (c) make false or misleading claims about YalaCoder products, (d) use cookie stuffing or other fraudulent attribution methods, or (e) create content that could damage YalaCoder's reputation.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to YalaCoder in all promotional content. This includes but is not limited to: using hashtags such as #ad, #affiliate, or #sponsored on social media posts; including a written disclaimer in blog posts, video descriptions, and email newsletters; and complying with all applicable advertising regulations in your jurisdiction, including the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the EU Digital Services Act. Disclosures must be placed where they are easily noticed and understood by consumers, not buried in fine print or behind 'see more' links. Failure to comply with these disclosure requirements may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may use YalaCoder's name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting products under this program. Affiliates must not modify, distort, or misuse YalaCoder's branding. All intellectual property rights remain with YalaCoder.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all pending commissions that have cleared the chargeback period will still be paid out. YalaCoder reserves the right to forfeit unpaid commissions if the affiliate is found to have violated these terms.
YalaCoder's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding 12 months. YalaCoder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate relationship.
These affiliate terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan. These terms are originally drafted in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern and prevail.
YalaCoder may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address provided during registration.
