Full payment is required before work begins. Payment methods and currencies are specified at the time of invoicing.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all digital products (The Guide, The Code). If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, it will be processed in full. Please note that custom implementation services (The Build) are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. For EU consumers: by initiating the download of a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
When you purchase a digital product (including but not limited to 'The Guide' and 'The Code'), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the materials. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reverse engineer the materials in any form. All digital products and code templates are provided 'AS-IS' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with future third-party updates.
The strategies and materials provided in our digital products and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding your potential revenue, financial success, or the longevity of any third-party platform. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, execution, and market conditions.
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created for the client become the client's property. YalaCoder retains the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.
YalaCoder provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software or digital products, nor are we liable for account bans, funds frozen by third-party payment processors, or platform policy changes. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client pays for all completed milestones. Refunds are issued for unstarted work.
