8. Digital Product Purchases

When you purchase a digital product (The Guide, The Code, or The Build), your email address is collected for order fulfillment and delivery of download links. 9. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

If you have submitted your email for the Payment Readiness Checker (Lead Magnet) or any newsletter, you may request permanent deletion by contacting us. We will erase your records from our active database and our email service provider (Resend) within 30 days.
